Start With the Why
Before choosing a solution, I try to understand the problem, the people involved, and what success should look like.
Focus on What Matters
I care more about solving a real problem than following the latest trend. Technology is useful when it improves the product—not when it is added just to look modern.
Break Down Complex Problems
I enjoy problems that require research. I find the important moving parts, separate the complexity, and turn it into something easier to build and use.
Leave Room to Learn
I prefer trying a practical solution, measuring the result, and improving from there. Good decisions come from communication and feedback, not from assuming one person has all the answers.
Projects
Loan Eligibility Calculator
I designed and built this tool solo for a loan-distribution partner. It helps 200+ agents get an early view of a borrower’s loan eligibility before a case reaches the bank. It brings scattered qualification rules into one simple score, so agents can make more consistent decisions and have clearer conversations with borrowers.
I kept the first version fully browser-based. Since the client is still testing how well the tool fits into everyday work, a serverless approach lets them validate real usage without storing applicant information or investing in backend infrastructure too early.
Within the first week, 20+ agents were using it. Calls needed per client dropped from 10+ to a maximum of 4, and an agent can now get a score within 30 minutes of meeting a client.
